Tasting notes:
Bright straw green color. Aromatic complexity of a mixture of fresh citrus and tropical fruits. Rich and full bodied, displaying an excellent balance of fruit and acidity with a slight creaminess.

Tasting notes:

Ripe flavors of cassis, black and red berries. The palate has the same blackberry fruit, balanced by acidity that provides a remarkable backbone to the wine.

Tasting notes:

Conplex aromatics of dark berries, spice and green pepper. In the mouth the Cabernet Sauvignon's austerity is tempered with fine tannins. Aged for 8 months in

French oak barrels.

Red meats, venison, aged chesses.

Tradition says that in the area of Vitastas, where the vineyard of Domaine Charalaboglou stretch, there was a large rock with a cave. There is where a wolf found shelter and gave birth to her lynx. She became so familiar to the people that they regarded her as guardian to their vineyards. Since then the inhabitants have given the area the name Lycopetra (wolf rock) and she revived in The vineyards of Domaine Charalaboglou occupy the slopes of that rock and the name revives through our products.
